Here are some complimentary promotional opportunities to help promote your participation at SURFACES 2014!

Electronic Buyer Invitations
Offer your customers complimentary exhibits only admission. SURFACES has created a customizable electronic invitation to send out via email to an unlimited amount of your customers. The invitation includes your company name, booth number and a section where you can include your customized message.

Printed Buyer Invitations
SURFACES will create the printed buyer invitations that will be mailed to all participating exhibitors for you to hand out or mail inviting your customers and new customers to attend the show, compliments of your company. These invitations serve a dual purpose as they have a perforated section that your customer can detach and hand out to their customers and colleagues. Double your attendees at minimal cost to you (cost of mailing).

Banner Ads 
Place these animated banner ads on your website promoting your participation in the show. SURFACES creates the banner and all you have to do is place it on your site. Available in September.

Download the SURFACES 2014 logo
You can use the SURFACES logo on your website, in your email signatures, in your advertising, direct mail or wherever else you would like to invite to visit your SURFACES 2014 booth. Download the SURFACES logo.

Logo Usage Guidelines
The SURFACES logo, when printed in a color other than black, must conform to the exact SURFACES colors: Pantone 171 C (Orange), Pantone 7495 C (Green) and Pantone Cool Gray 9 C (Gray). Changes or additions to the SURFACES logo are not permitted. The SURFACES logo must be used in its entirety. No portions may be segmented off. The SURFACES logo is limited to attendee promotional programs only and may not be used in any way to endorse a company or product. The application with copy must be submitted to SURFACES for approval prior to printing and release.
