Thorough reading of the ESM is vital and will allow you to order your show services early to take advantage of reduced rates as discounts may apply for those who pre-order. Make sure your booth staff and contractors have access to the relevant sections of the ESM.

Once the ESM becomes available, you can access it only through ConnectionPOINT, the online portal system that serves as your event planning headquarters.

Signing in to ConnectionPOINT:
To access this special section of the web site, click on ConnectionPOINT or on the green "Sign In" button in the top right-hand corner of each web page.

A drop down window will appear prompting you to enter your e-code (formerly known as your password]. Once you have entered your e-code, a drop down window will appear providing you a snapshot of ConnectionPOINT, but allowing you to continue navigating through the SURFACES web site.

Entering ConnectionPOINT:
To enter ConnectionPOINT, click on "Go to ConnectionPOINT" in the top right-hand corner. You will then be on your own personalized landing page where you can access the ESM, register for badges, review your past exhibit history, browse through the online Sponsorship Gallery, obtain a Visa letter, read industry news, etc. 

Important: If you aren't the person responsible for ordering show services, or if an exhibit display house is building or installing your booth, please be sure to forward the necessary information to the appropriate parties immediately. We don not want you to miss out on money saving opportunities and important show information.
